Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing & Usage in the app whenever you like. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Purchased credit packs never expire.
Do you offer a refund?
New paid subscriptions can request a refund within 14 days of the first purchase if you have not substantially used the Service. Renewals and credit packs are generally non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
What's the difference between plan credits and credit packs?
Plan credits refresh each billing cycle with your subscription (with rollover up to your plan's cap). Credit packs are one-time top-ups you can buy anytime — they never expire and are great when you need a burst of generations.
Which plan is right for teachers vs KDP publishers?
Teachers and homeschool parents often start Free or Hobbyist for classroom and home printables. KDP and Etsy sellers typically choose Hobbyist or Publisher for commercial-use rights and KDP-ready export. Publisher and Studio add higher credit volumes for growing catalogs.
Do paid plans include commercial / KDP rights?
Hobbyist and above include commercial-use rights for the characters and pages you generate, plus print-ready export sized for KDP. You still must follow Amazon's content and AI-disclosure rules when you upload.
What happens after I cancel?
Your subscription stops renewing. You keep access until period end, and your projects stay in your account. Plan credits stop refreshing; purchased credit packs remain. You can resubscribe anytime.
